To order contact lenses you must have a current contact lens prescription. Please fill in the order form to place your order and we will contact you with availability and details.

If you would like to order contact lenses, and you have not previously ordered through one of our practices, then please fax through your prescription, along with your contact information, to 913-362-2333 for our Fairway location, or 816-781-5474 for Liberty. We will contact you about your order.
